In what has become the highlight Of the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summits held biennially. the Government Of Gujarat organized the Vibrant Gujarat GlobalTrade Show 2019 (VGGTS 2019). from 18-22 January 2019 at the Exhibition Ground. near Mahatma Mandir, Gandhinagar, The exhibition was inaugurated by Prime Minister Modi in Of Chief Minister Of Gujarat Vijay Rupani and Deputy Chief Minister Nitin Patel.
Spread Over an area of nearly 2.00.OOO-SCb mt, VGGTS 2019 hosted 18 domes, Showcasing nearly 2 5 sectors. over Stalls as companies, The grand event Saw nearly 1.5 Million Visitors and around 3000 International Delegates from over 100 countries. A replica of Statue of Unity. Bullet Train simulator. Farm-to-Fabric Pavilion and Fashion Show with a focus on 'Make in India' and Khadi were some of the attractions at the Trade Show.
For the first time. the government Organised a buyer-seller and reserve buyer- seller meet as part of the trade show. where manufacturers, mainly from the MSME sector displayed their products. A Vendor Development programme Was organized to build stronger synergies between MSME and Large Scale Enterprises including PSUs.
